Hailing from Danville, Indiana, Mike and Alida are a father-daughter team that started Prosper-Ag. They recognized a gap for an affordable marketing and sales agency tailored to the agricultural sector. Their passion for growers and the agriculture industry drives their work.

Mike Jackson, Director of Sales

A Purdue graduate and an agriculture industry leader for nearly 30 years having held various sales, management, and leadership roles, Mike Jackson is excited to launch Prosper-Ag to help bring the best products to market through sales strategy and marketing.

Mike is committed to building and maintaining strong relationships with his customers, as he sees these connections as the foundation of success in the industry. He states, “I believe in serving our customers and helping them be wildly successful with our products. The better we can lead our customers, the more success they will experience. People want to believe and be a part of something.

Most recently Mike Jackson has served various sales, marketing and leadership roles to bring Nano-Yield, a patented cutting edge technology that delivers inputs more efficiently, to market in the Midwest.   He is excited to keep that momentum going as an Independent Regional Sales Manager of Nano-Yield products through Prosper-Ag.  For more information on purchasing product or becoming part of the Nano-Yield dealer network contact Mike today.

Jenny Phillips, Director of Marketing

Jenny Phillips is our newest member of the team, having closely worked with Mike Jackson in other roles to bring the best ag products to market with integrated sales and marketing strategies.

Jenny is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a passion for marketing and agriculture. A marketing leader for 20 years with a focus on agriculture the past 17, Jenny has held various marketing, management, and leadership roles. Jenny is excited to be part of the Prosper-Ag team and to bring creativity and strategy to agribusinesses.

She states, "Having worked with Mike and Alida for several years, I am thrilled to become a part of the Prosper-Ag team to help elevate the marketing and sales efforts of agribusinesses across the country."

Jenny resides in Logan, Ohio with her husband Evan and daughter Annah.

Following in the footsteps of our father, Alida is also a Purdue graduate with a passion for storytelling through communication and graphic design.

Since the summer of 2020, Alida has been working with agriculture clients across the country, using her natural abilities and self-taught skills to build companies' marketing tools from the ground up. 

Alida is excited to continue bringing the best marketing opportunities to agriculture companies looking to elevate their marketing and brand presence.
